Ben Hatke è un illustratore statunitense, attualmente residente in Italia insieme alla sua famiglia.

Alla sua figlia più piccola, Zita, ha dedicato una serie di web comics che ricordano una sorta di Nemo al femminile nello spazio. Purtroppo la serie non viene aggiornata molto spesso, ma il personaggio è adorabile e così azzeccato che vale la pena di darle un'occhiata.
