"EON CGChallenge competition" è il titolo della XX edizione delle CGChallenge, ovvero il top del top nel mondo della computer grafica. E' una sfida talmente ambiziosa da ospitare addirittura una sezione "trailers", per di più basata su un racconto di un prestigioso scrittore, appunto "EON" di Greg Bear.

Questo prestigioso Gran Premio è stato vinto da:The Shift, un progetto tutto italiano di Emiliano Colantoni, Gianfranco Sgura, Marco Stellabotte and David Bonelli.
