Clovis Trouille
Clovis Trouille (1889-1975) dopo aver trascorso gli anni tra il 1910 e il 1915 frequentando la scuola di belle arti di Amiens, si ritrovò sul fronte della prima guerra mondiale.

Fu per lui una rivelazione, che influenzò i temi dei sui dipinti nei decenni a venire. Lo appassionava ritrarre la corruzione delle istituzioni e costumi lascivi che sconfinavano nel surreale.

E' definito "il maestro di tutto quello che è permesso" e "l'angelo del cattivo gusto".
