terrible yellow eyes Where the Wild Things Are Ana GalvañWhere the Wild Things Are è un famoso libro illustrato di Maurice Sendak che ha vinto numerosi premi ed è considerato un capolavoro, nonostante sia veramente breve.

Max una sera fa un po' troppo casino e sua madre lo manda in castigo nella sua stanza senza cena. Lì la fantasia del bambino materializza una foresta piena di strane creature selvagge, che verranno conquistate guardandole fisse nei loro "terribili occhi gialli" senza batter ciglio.

Terrible Yellow Eyes è dedicato a raccogliere le illustrazioni realizzate da molti artisti, ispirati da questa storia. E' divertente vedere accostati così tanti stili legati però da un unico tema.
