Alberto Vargas
Alberto Vargas (1896 - 1982) è stato un noto pittore peruviano famoso soprattutto per le sue leggendarie pin-up. Usava una tecnica mista acquerello e aerografo.

Sbarcato in USA nel 1916 dopo aver studiato arte in Svizzera lavorò a New York per le Ziegfeld Follies.

Nel 1940 le sue Varga Girls su Esquire ispirarono le classiche decorazioni che comparivano sugli aeroplani americani della II guerra mondiale.
