rtMRI IPA chart


La rtMRI IPA chart permette di decodificare l'alfabeto (International Phonetic Alphabet) usato dai linguisti per descrivere i suoni di tutte le lingue del mondo. A ciascun simbolo corrisponde un solo suono.

Cliccando su uno qualsiasi dei suoni o delle espressioni del parlato di colore rosso si può vedere la loro produzione catturata con la risonanza magnetica in tempo reale. Ogni pixel corrisponde a un quadrato largo 2,4 mm. L' oratore è il professor Pat Keating (UCLA).
