Celtx, un acronimo per Crew, Equipment, Location, Talent and XML, è uno strumento free per la gestione della preproduzione di sceneggiature, film, video, recite, audio, documentari, machinima, fumetti, giochi e podcast.

Viene offerto supporto alla scrittura con un approccio integrato e non lineare, seguendo gli standard per le sceneggiature, gli storyboard ecc.

E' possibile aggiungere immagini, file audio e video e condividerli online su un servizio cloud dedicato di 2 Gb.
