Dead Cells è un RogueVania creato da Sebastien Benard (Nuclear Blaze): intensa azione 2D con permadeath in un castello dove ruzzolare qua e la ed affrontare un'orda di nemici da combattere in stile "Souls-Like" con armi e incantesimi. La progressione non è lineare: si possono sbloccare nuovi livelli ad ogni morte, e imboccare nuove strada. Dappertutto ci sono stanze segrete, passaggi nascosti e sullo sfondo si srotolano paesaggi incantevoli.

Molto derivativo ma il cocktail sembra comunque interessante ed esteticamente riuscito.
