L'interessantissimo Dev Log di Lucas Pope sulla realizzazione tecnica di Obra Dinn rivela anche qualcosa sul rendering 1-bit del gioco, uno spettacolare omaggio ai primissimi videogame su apple IIe della sua infanzia.

Il tutto ricorda uno dei più incredibili tutorial sulla pixel art presente in rete: pixelation di Dan Fessler.
