Sorry ! It usually disappears itself as soon as you are at the table when the play begins.
Try to enter a coin ('5') and start play ('1'). Or pressing 'TAB' and 'PAUSE'.
It could be a bug. What OS are you using ? It should work properly only on XP, VISTA & windows 7.
It could also be a bug with openGL, so try update your graphic drivers.
