Veloren è un RPG voxel multiplayer scritto in Rust. È ispirato a giochi come Cube World, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Dwarf Fortress e Minecraft.

Veloren è completamente open-source, con licenza GPL 3. Utilizza grafica originale, musica e altre risorse create dalla sua comunità. Essendo guidato dai collaboratori, la sua comunità di sviluppo e quella degli utenti è la stessa: sviluppatori, giocatori, artisti e musicisti si uniscono per sviluppare il gioco.
