Quei simpaticoni di Evil Martians ci spiegano le pieghe del nuovo formato grafico AVIF, che grazie ad una lunga serie di ottimizzazioni che derivano dalla tecnologia di compressione video (AV1), potrebbe soppiantare i vecchi formati (jpg) e anche quelli recenti (webp).

Oltre a tutti i dettagli il tutto viene incorporato nel suo contesto con Imgproxy, una tecnologia che, come suggerisce il nome, permette il caching efficiente dei contenuti grafici, minimizzando la capacità di storage necessaria e massimizzando la resa in termini di qualità.
